The Dragonborn Helmet is a promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is based on the iron helmet from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim; an iron helmet adorned with a curved-down horn on each side.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim before 10AM PDT on August 8, 2011.
Later, it was awarded in Unique quality to players who purchased the Quakecon Bundle before 10AM PDT on August 6, 2012.
