The Spine-Tingling Skull is a headwear item wearable by all classes. It is a small skull with small horns positioned on the forehead area facing upward. It is fashioned after the Spine-Chilling Skull, but it is slightly darker, has a slightly less menacing appearance, and has buck teeth instead of the Spine-Chilling Skull's pointed teeth.
There was variant of this skull combined with the other 2 skulls called The Spine-Chilling Skull 2011 which was only available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store during the Very Scary Halloween Special event, which ran from October 27 until November 6, 2011.
Along with this hat two other variants are available crafting using the Fabricate Haunted Headgear recipe.
