The Cranium Cooler is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It replaces the Engineer's default hardhat with a gray one that has been painted with the team's color (with some areas lacking paint from wear), with a fan on the front that's connected via two team-colored cables to a box in the back and his class emblem on the sides.
The Cranium Cooler was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
