The Full Metal Helmet is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black, slightly worn combat helmet with the wearer's class emblem on the front, loose chin straps, and a band holding an item on the right. The item in the band changes according to the wearer: four shotgun shells for Scout and Soldier, a lighter and two matches for the Pyro, a flask for the Demoman, four bullets for Heavy and Sniper, four large nails for the Engineer, two syringes for the Medic, and a pack of cigarettes for the Spy.
The Full Metal Helmet was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
