The Troublemaker's Tossle Cap is a community-created headwear item for the Scout, released with the first wave of community-contributed content. It is a slightly baggy, team colored Template:W or beanie.

- This hat was made paintable. The paint scheme added a painted stripe to the cap.
October 27, 2010 Patch (Scream Fortress Update)
- [Undocumented] The paint scheme for the this hat was reversed so that the stripes are now the original color, and the rest of this hat's hue changes.

- When a Scout wearing the Troublemaker's Tossle Cap dies via a regular death, the hat disappears completely.

- The beanie is sometimes associated with gang members and juvenile delinquents, most often in urban areas such as New York, Los Angeles, and the Scout's place of origin, Boston.
- This hat was submitted under the name "Rapper's Hat" before Valve renamed it. [1]
