The Killer Exclusive, is a promotional headwear item for the Heavy. It is a old-fashioned journalist's fedora with a card marked 'Press' stuck in the rim.
The Killer Exclusive will be awarded to players who buy PC Gamer issue 232 and use the activation code contained inside.[1]
