Is it a beard? Or is it a camera? No one will guess that it is both! Great for infiltrating lumber yards, Canada, and strongmen competitions.
Dapper Rogue Catalogue for the Gentleman Scoundrel

The Camera Beard is a miscellaneous item for the Spy. It is a bushy, black, fake beard, covering the Spy's face from the nostrils down, with a film camera cleverly hidden within with tape.

The item description was written by Codo for the Hat Describing Contest and was slightly edited by Valve.
