The Scottish Snarl is a miscellaneous item for the Demoman. It appears as a werewolf mask with a scar over the left eye. The teeth and eye of the mask eerily glow.
This Item can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the headgear loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the hat.
