The Elizabeth the Third is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a carnivorous plant with paintable head, exposed sharp teeth and a long, lolling, team-colored tongue that sits on the Sniper's right shoulder, holding itself with thorny vines onto the Sniper's quiver. It wobbles with the player's movements.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
The Elizabeth the Third was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
