- Note: Though the Bonk Helm can be purchased in the Mann Co store, the price of one Batter's Helmet and 2 Bonk Atomic Punch is less than the price of the Bonk Helm, making it less expensive to buy the ingredients separately and then craft them yourself.
Trivia
- The Bonk Helm is a reference to similar beverage-carrying headwear that is stereotypically worn by sporting event spectators. This helmet is usually referred to as a "beverage hat," "double beer helmet," "foam dome," or "thirst aid hat."
- The design bears a resemblance to an earlier community-made hat replacement, which Robin Walker acknowledged prior to the release.
