The Chicken Kiev is a headwear item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's head with that of the Red Army Robin. Equipping it enables additional voice lines.
The Chicken Kiev was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Heavy Pecker".

Trivia
- Chicken Kiev is a East European dish of boneless chicken breast pounded and rolled around cold garlic butter with herbs, then breaded and either fried or baked, simmilar to Chicken Cordon Bleu
