Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative is a headwear item for the Sniper, and was released with the Classless Update. It isn't actually a hat at all, but rather removes the Sniper's default hat to reveal a short and well-fixed hairdo.
The hat description was written by Jinbei for the Hat Describing Contest.
