The Hetman's Headpiece is a promotional headwear item for the Engineer. It is a dark Template:W military hat with a golden ring-like object centered on the front that has three team-colored feathers positioned on its left side.
This hat was given to players who preordered Mount & Blade With Fire & Sword before May 3, 2011.

Trivia
- Template:W was the title of the second-highest military commander, after the monarch, in 15th- to 18th-century Poland and the Template:W, which together, from 1569 to 1795, comprised the Template:W, or Rzeczpospolita, a faction featured in the game.
- "Hetman" was also the highest military office, and head of state, in Ukraine's Cossack Hetmanate, also featured in-game.
- The description of this hat contains two Polish words. Template:W is a traditional Polish dish of cabbage dumplings, whereas Template:W is the Polish word for Vodka.
- This hat has a number pertaining to its crafting.
