The Spine Chilling Skull 2011 is a headwear item wearable by all classes. The Skull has 3 styles, Tingling, which has small horns positioned on the forehead area facing upward like a devil; Cooling, which is similar to the Spine-Chilling Skull with curved ram horns but smaller; and Twisting, also like the Spine-Chilling Skull but the horns are larger and curved farther.
The Spine-Chilling Skull 2011 hat is available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store exclusively during the Very Scary Halloween Special event, which will run from October 27 until November 6, 2011.

- When crafting the Spine-Chilling Skull 2011 it will assign one of the three possible styles randomly. Once randomly assigned during crafting the style of the skull can not be changed. Only hats purchased through the Mann Co. Store will have the option of switching between the three styles.
