The B-ankh! is a miscellaneous item for the Scout, introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch. It is comprised of a set of mummy bandages wrapped around the Scout's arms, as well as a golden Template:W medallion that replaces his dog tags.

- The B-ankh! was added to the game.
Bugs
- Like the Rogue's Col Roule, Purity Fist, Pip-Boy, and the wristbands of the Essential Accessories, the B-Ankh is invisible to the player in first-person view.
- This item clips significantly with the Scout's elbows.
Trivia
- The name is a play on words with the Scout's signature phrase, "Bonk!" and the Egyptian Ankh.
