The Einstein is a headwear item for the Medic. It is a white wig resembling famous scientist Template:W's hair.
This hat can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the headgear loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the hat.
