When this item is equipped upon the Soldier, the Gentle Manne's Service Medal also appears upon his chest, clipping with the Tournament Medal - ETF2L Highlander Tournament.
When this item is equipped upon the Spy, it visibly floats in front of his lapel.

Trivia

The models for these medals were previously in the same style as the 119th Update badges before being changed to their current state.^[3]
The description on the participants' version of the medal reads; "given to the players who participated in the tournament", instead of the level number that appears on the other versions.
