The ETF2L Highlander tournament medals are a series of medals awarded in Genuine quality to those who participated in the Highlander tournaments conducted by the European TF2 League or who joined in on the ETF2L Highlander Community Challenge.

The Season 1-5 medals, Season 6-16 medals, and Season 17+ medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.

• The models for the ETF2L Highlander Tournament 2010 medals were previously in the same style as the 119th Update badges before being changed to their current state.
• The description on the participants' version of the ETF2L Highlander Tournament 2010 medal reads; "given to the players who participated in the tournament", instead of the level number that appears on the other versions.
• The RED texture for the Participant Medals from Season 17 (and onwards) contains two hidden images. A RED Pyro wearing a Brigade Helm and an unknown pink anthropomorphic character.
  • The RED Pyro is a reference to the "persona" from one of the creators of the Season 31 Participant Medals, Alaxe.
