The Late Night TF2 Cup tournament medals are a group of tournament medals awarded in Genuine quality to those who participate in the Late Night TF2 Cup tournament, as well as a medal for tournament helpers.

The placement medals depict a golden, silver and bronze diamond frame, surrounding a dark gray plate with a similarly colored patterned engraving and the Roman numerals I, II or III, respectively. Each medal is held up by a team-colored ribbon, with gold, silver or bronze stripes at the sides. The Participant medal is gray, and features a Team Fortress logo in its plate, while the Helper medal is a light blue and features a cross.
