The Rasslabyxa Cup tournament medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated in the Rasslabyxa Cup. (russian)

There are 5 medals with differing appearances depending on how the wearer's team ranked in the Season (First, Second, Third or Participant), as well as a Helper medal. The placement medals depict golden, silver and bronze star-shaped plates with an additional star on top, containing an inner ring which reads RASSLABYXA CUP with the Team Fortress logo inside it. The Participant medal features a dark gray plate, while the Helper medal features a light gray plate and team-colored star and Team Fortress logo. Each medal is held up with a team colored ribbon, with a pink stripe in the middle; the Helper medal instead featuring a white wrench.
