The Altruist's Adornment medal is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored ribbon, decorated with a team-colored present and a die.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who meet certain criteria.
Distribution
- Members of the A Random Act of TF2 subreddit who have done a giveaway prior to the item's inclusion in the game received a medal.
- Members who participate in the subreddit's 2016 Birthday Event will receive a medal.
- One medal per month will be awarded to a member who has done a giveaway that month.
- Other medals will be distributed on a monthly basis to members of the subreddit chosen by the community.
