It is a stitched-up, worn-down, team-colored hood and mask over the Pyro's respirator tied together with a torn noose, similar to those used to hang criminals and potential witches during the Salem Witch Trials.

- This item along with the other entries in the Arkham Knight contest is based off the superhero Batman and his many villains. This item is based upon Scarecrow, a villain that uses fear based weaponry to cause mayhem in Gotham.
