The Respectless Rubber Glove is a headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as a limp, orange and gray rubber glove which, when worn on the Pyro's head, resembles a rooster's comb.
The hat description was written by Colonelcool for the Hat Describing Contest.

Trivia
- The rubber glove's yellow and gray pattern looks remarkably like the Engineer's work glove.
- The glove gives the Pyro a striking resemblance to 'Feathers McGraw', a criminal mastermind and character from the Wallace and Gromit claymation series episode "The Wrong Trousers." Feathers also used a rubber glove to pretend to be a chicken, albeit briefly.
