The Balloonicorn is a miscellaneous item for all classes. It's an inflatable, team-colored unicorn that floats behind the player. This item may only be seen in-game by users who are in Pyroland.
When players equipped with the Balloonicorn kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows Balloonicorn getting the assist (a renamed Balloonicorn will display that name in the killfeed instead).
This item can also be awarded in genuine quality to those who purchase the real life version from the Valve store.
