Trivia
- The description of this hat is a reference to one of the Heavy's responses.
- In terms of military and police work, the color of an ushanka usually indicates a person's position. Grey is associated with military personnel, green for camouflage use and blue for a police officer. Because the Heavy's ushanka is black, it is debatable whether or not it is a "true" Officer's Ushanka.
- The Ushanka literally means "ear hat." Ushanka comes from the word ushi, which translates to "ears" in Russain.
