The Frontier Flyboy is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a pair of bug's wings attached to the back of the Engineer, through the use of tape.
This Item can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the headgear loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the hat.
