The ETF2L Highlander Tournament medals are cosmetic items that were awarded in Genuine quality for the 2010 ETF2L Highlander Community Challenge 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed finishers, as well as for those that participated in the tournament. However, it was not given to players whose teams lost by default.
