The Last Breath is a community-created miscellaneous item item for the Pyro. It appears as a skull covering the Pyro's mask with team-colored lens and adds a respiratory muzzle to each side of his mask, instead of the normal one to the left and one in the middle.
The Last Breath was a contribution to the Steam Workshop.
