The Russian Highlander tournament medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated in the Russian Highlander tournament.

There are 4 medals with differing appearances depending on how the wearer's team ranked in the season (First, Second, Third or Participant), as well as a Staff medal. The medals are all held up by an orange and brown striped ribbon, with a plate at the top which reads "HEAVY HOMELAND". Each medal depicts a Red Army Robin donning an Officer's Ushanka. The placement medals are golden, silver and bronze medals which are respectively plated 1st, 2nd and 3rd, while the Participant medal is a dark gray medal with a purple star, and the Staff medal is light orange with a wrench.
