Lord Cockswain's Novelty Mutton Chops and Pipe is a cosmetic item for the Soldier. It gives the Soldier a novelty hairpiece and beard as well as a novelty smoking pipe, complete with a "Genteel Smoke" particle effect.
This item has two styles, named "Helmet" and "No Helmet". The "Helmet" style retains the Soldier's default helmet, while "No Helmet" hides it.
