Trivia
- Often mistaken as a Spanish term, the word "honcho" originated during Template:W and is derived from a Japanese title for a military squad leader. It means a foreman or a person who exercises control over workers.
- This hat was originally called the "Militant Millinery" by the creator of the hat.
- This hat is based on the one worn by Template:W, head of command in the Pacific during World War II. His pipe was originally part of the hat but was later removed.
- The name of the hat is a pun on the slang term "Head Honcho" which is often used to describe someone in power or in charge of something.
