The Larval Lid is a headwear item for the Soldier. It is an oversized maggot sticking out of the Soldier's helmet that wobbles with movement. Equipping it enables additional voice responses.
The Larval Lid was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Mr Maggot MKII v2".
