The Southie Shinobi is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It gives the Scout a team-colored Uwagi, a traditional Japanese jacket, with darker colored seams. Included is a black Obi belt that is tied at his right side. The ends of the belt move around with the Scout.
The Southie Shinobi was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Ninja Vest".
