Lord Cockswain's Novelty Mutton Chops and Pipe is a cosmetic item for the Soldier. It gives the Soldier a paintable novelty hairpiece and beard as well as a novelty smoking pipe, complete with a "Genteel Smoke" particle effect.
This cosmetic item has two styles, named "Helmet" and "No Helmet". "Helmet" retains the Soldier's default helmet, while "No Helmet" hides the Soldier's default helmet.

Bugs
- Equipping the Lord Cockswain's Novelty Mutton Chops and Pipe with the Helmet style and on the second or third cosmetic slot will always keep the Soldier's default helmet visible when wearing another item that should hide it via the bodygroup settings. This is only visible on the loadout screen, class selection screen and the 3D Character HUD.

- Lord Cockswain is an incompetent and over-confident hunter of otherwordly big game, and a recurring character on Dr. Grordbort's website. He is also the main character of Dr. Grordbort's Science Mystery Theatre.
