The War Blunder is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It removes the grenades on the Soldier's chest and gives him a cardboard military aircraft that he wears around his waist, supported by a single suspender that goes over his left shoulder. The cardboard aircraft is mostly painted dark moss green, with a black front with a shark-like face on the sides. An orange emblem with a black silhouette of an eagle's head can be seen on the back vertical fin.
The War Blunder was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The emblem on the back of the plane, the same seen on the Buff Banner and the Condor Cap, bears a strong resemblance to the 101st Airborne Division's insignia.
