The Dr's Dapper Topper is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier. It is a tall, wide-brimmed top hat with alternating white and red stripes, just like the one worn by the eponymous Template:W in the famous children's books by Template:W, the pen name of Theodor Seuss Geisel.
