Trivia
- Often mistaken as a Spanish term, the word "honcho" originated during Template:W and is derived from a Japanese title for a military squad leader. It means a foreman or a person who exercises control over workers.
- This hat was originally named the "Militant Millinery" by Nzdjh, modeled as part of his World War II Pack entry into the Polycount Pack contest.
- This hat is based on the one worn by Template:W, head of command in the Pacific during World War II. His pipe was originally part of the hat but was later removed; it was intended to be sent separately as a miscellaneous item, but such plans did not follow through.
