The Team Captain is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier, Medic, and Heavy. It is a military Template:W with a winged insignia.

- The Team Captain is the second reference to Street Fighter in Team Fortress 2, the first being the Pyro's Hadouken taunt attack.
- The description is a reference to a scene from the Street Fighter cartoon, where M. Bison marvels at Template:W's defeat on a miniature television screen and exclaims "YES! YES!".[1]
