The Eye-Catcher is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black eye-patch that covers the left eye.
The Eye-Catcher was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Right Way".

Notes
Hilariously enough, The Eye-Catcher does not work well for the Demoman, since the Demoman already has a black eye patch on his left eye, thus resulting in the Demoman having 2 eyepatches on his left eye.
