The Dr's Dapper Topper is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier. It is a tall, wide-brimmed top hat with alternating white and red stripes, much like the one the eponymous Template:W wears in the famous children's book by Template:W, the pen name of Theodor Seuss Geisel.

- Like Prancer's Pride Dr's Dapper Topper is a reference to the works of Template:W. Its current appearance is modeled after the hat worn by his famous Template:W and its name suits his writing style by describing a person or entity in an anaphoric or sing-song manner.[1]
- The mesh used for the hat (named the "Uncle Sammy") was originally created by Polycount forum member oobersli,[2] but was slightly modified and re-skinned completely in the process, as the usage of both red and blue colors in one hat was found to be confusing for team identification.
