- The description mentions Alphonse Gabriel "Al" Capone, a Chicago crime boss during the Great Depression, who, due to his connections, couldn't be even arrested for various crimes(hiring contract killers, being a head of a crime syndicate, production and distribution of alcohol) yet was finally arrested and sentenced for tax evasion.
