The Ze Übermensch is a Cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a large bushy mustache that extends from his nose and covers his lips.

Trivia
- The item is a reference to Friedrich Nietzsche, a German philosopher known for his large moustache. The name is a reference to one of the Medic's ubercharge voice lines, itself a reference to Nietzsche's philosophical concept of the Übermensch.
