The Medicine Manpurse is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a dark brown satchel that hangs on his right side with a grey belt with a gold buckle; the sides of the satchel have two pockets with a silver button on each side, the flap is held down by hook with two studs and in the center is a team-colored Medic logo, underneath which two manila files can be seen peeking out.
The Medicine Manpurse was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Medic's Messenger Bag".
