The Chaser is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It gives the Soldier a second coat, darker than his default one, with silver buttons, big lapels and collar, and white wrists, which he wears over his default coat.
This item has two styles, named "No grenades" and "Grenades". The "No grenades" style removes the Soldier's default chest grenades, while the "Grenades" style keeps them.
The Chaser was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
