The Team Captain is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier, Medic, and Heavy. It appears as a military Template:W with a winged insignia.
The Team Captain is colored differently depending on the equipped class; the Soldier's is brightly team-colored with a gold insignia, the Medic's has darker shades with a silver insignia, and the Heavy's is solely colored brown with a bronze or copper insignia.

Trivia
- The Team Captain resembles the hat worn by Template:W from Capcom's Template:W series and is the second reference to Street Fighter in Team Fortress 2, the first being the Pyro's Hadouken taunt attack.
- The description is a reference to a scene from the Street Fighter cartoon, where M. Bison marvels at Template:W's defeat on a miniature television screen and exclaims "YES! YES!".[1]
