The Stout Shako is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier. It is a tall, team-colored Template:W with a shiny black visor and three gold badges connected by black rope-like straps.

- The Stout Shako was added to the game.
- This hat's paint texture was improved.

Trivia
- The shako was a common part of regimental uniforms from the late 18th century.
- The word shako originated from the Template:W name csákós süveg, meaning "peaked cap", which was a part of the uniform of the Hungarian hussar of the 18th century.
- Toy soldiers and Template:W are often stereotypically made to be wearing Shakos, due to their common usage during that time period.
- The shako was worn in a royal blue color on Mexican soldiers during the Template:W in the early 1800s.
- The description of the Stout Shako describes the it as "The grand achievement of victorian millitary fashion", This is unusual given that the Shako was in use as early at the 18th century, and peaked during the Napoleonic wars.
- The Stout Shako ingame is usually known for the Demopan fad.
