The Planeswalker Helm is an unreleased Headwear item for the Medic. It resembles the tusked helm worn by Garruk Wildspeaker, one of the planeswalkers featured in the trading card game Magic: The Gathering.

• In Magic: The Gathering, players take the role of duelling planeswalkers -- powerful mages that have gained the ability to travel to different worlds (or planes). The Lorwyn expansion block adds new and powerful powerful card types called planeswalkers (including Garruk Wildspeaker).
• Garruk is a nature mage and beast caller. He is aligned with green magic, the color of healing in the game.
• The item description is a reference to the fact that Garruk summons, works and fights with powerful wood beasts.
