The Defiant Spartan is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a bronze Greek Hoplite helmet adorned with a team-colored crest.

- The helmet is modeled after a Corinthian helmet, which was worn by both ancient Greeks and Romans.
- Spartans, hailing from the ancient city-state of Sparta, were Greek warriors who were famous for their strength of arms.
