The Sergeant's Drill Hat is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a paintable olive green campaign hat with a silver Team Fortress emblem embossed on the front above a black strap.

The item's description was written by peregrine7 for the Hat Describing Contest, and was slightly edited by Valve.
