The Public Speaker is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a modified version of the Soldier's default helmet with two team-colored public address speakers facing away from each other and bolted on the helmet's top. It also gives the Soldier a single-muff intercom headphone with a team-colored earpiece.
The Public Speaker was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
